1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- To be eligible, you must notify us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
- Perishable items that have been opened or consumed.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
3. Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
- After inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Replacement Option
- Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement product of equal value (subject to availability).
- Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return if eligible.
