Theory (3 hours):

• History and philosophy of Natural Farming in India and Zero-Budget Natural Farming
• Core principles: soil as a living system, no chemical inputs, on-farm input production
• Understanding the difference between Organic and Natural Farming systems
• Preparation and application of natural farming inputs: Jeevamrit, Beejamrit, and
Ghanjeevamrit
• Role of biodiversity in natural farming systems

Practical (2 hours):

• Demonstration and preparation of Beejamrit and Jeevamrit
• Observing and identifying beneficial organisms in soil and on plants
• Setting up a small demonstration plot
