At formyfamily.in<\/strong>, we care about your satisfaction and strive to deliver only the best chemical\u2011free, pesticide\u2011free food products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Eligibility for Return<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We accept returns where the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or short in quantity. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery (24 hours for fresh or perishable items), with photographs or an unboxing video and your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Non\u2011Returnable Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(a) Perishable goods that have been opened or partly consumed; (b) products damaged after delivery through mishandling, incorrect storage or use contrary to label instructions; (c) items marked clearance, final sale or free\/promotional \u2014 except where the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case this clause does not apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. How to Raise a Return<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Write to care@formyfamily.in<\/a> or call +91-9945351110 with your order number and supporting images. We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days. Where a return is approved, we arrange pickup, or ask you to ship the item back and reimburse reasonable return shipping. You bear no return shipping cost where the product was damaged, defective, incorrect or short-supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval or of receipt of the returned item, whichever is later. Credit to your account thereafter depends on your bank or card issuer and normally takes a further 5\u20137 working days. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer within 3 business days of your sharing verified account details, or as store credit if you prefer. Original delivery charges are refunded in full where the fault is ours. On a partial return, any promotional discount is re-apportioned across the retained items and the refund adjusted accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Replacement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of a refund you may ask for a replacement of equal value, subject to availability, shipped free of charge. If no replacement is available, we refund under clause 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund, at no cancellation charge. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled; you may decline delivery, and the order will then be treated as a return under this Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or file a complaint at edaakhil.nic.in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
